Fee policy

The fees of a lawyer are governed by the ethical rules of the profession.

The cost of the first consultation is €120 including VAT, as it partially serves as an orientation session.

For standard cases, services are billed on a flat-rate basis. The flat rate is determined based on the expected time to handle the case, the number of actions, the complexity, and urgency (see indicative table).

For more complex cases, billing is primarily based on time spent. The hourly rate ranges from €200 to €250 excluding VAT, depending on the area of law handled.

An agreement can be offered with a success fee consisting of a percentage of the gain obtained or the savings achieved.

Sometimes, you may be entitled to legal protection insurance coverage. In this case, the insurer is legally required to cover all or part of the fees. This benefit might be included in another contract, such as a home insurance policy.
